Thank you for purchasing a genuine Kubota part. Returning your eligible core is a simple, no-cost process.  Follow the steps below to complete your core return.

Core Return Process for Alternators & Starters

Download and complete the core return form. Then, package your old core in the original Kubota packaging, along with your completed core return form and a copy of your new part’s purchase receipt.

Complete your free UPS return shipping label, by completing the online form.

Step 3: Ship
Ship

Attach the shipping label to your package and return it using one of the following options:

Drop off with a UPS driver
Schedule a UPS pickup
Drop off at your local UPS store

  • Free return shipping is available for U.S. customers only via UPS.
  • Non-U.S. customers should return cores to the original place of purchase to receive a core return refund.
