KEA Customers, Business Partners, Friends, and Family,

Everything we do starts with putting people first. That’s why we are taking serious precautionary measures to protect the health and well-being of our customers, staff, families, and community. We’ve assembled a COVID-19 task force of our executives to monitor, address, and mitigate risks presented by the virus, and we intend to adhere to the guidance presented by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and local, state, and federal agencies.

Here’s a brief overview of how we’re currently responding to the situation:

Limiting in-person events: In addition to cancelling or postponing events over the next 30 days, we’re also greatly limiting our internal meetings and events. Attendance at large events and conferences have been cancelled.

Closing our offices to normal access: Out of an abundance of caution, we’ve established remote working arrangements for the majority of our staff. Our customers can still expect great service from our Engine and Parts Sales, and Engineering and Service teams.  In place of onsite meetings, we are setting up video and teleconferences to complete business meetings.

Travel Guidance: Our staff has been asked to refrain from all international business travel and domestic business travel by public transportation such as planes, buses, trains, etc. until further notice.

Continuing business with caution: KEA currently has no plans to halt business and maintaining a high level of service to our customers is imperative. Our staff will continue to work closely with our customers and business partners, and any necessary adjustments will be made with care and reason.

Our company guidelines will continue to be updated as often as necessary. We care about your business, and we care about you – we’ll do everything in our power to continue to provide you with outstanding, uninterrupted service.
