When a distributor’s employee completes training and becomes a Master Trainer, they are then able to conduct training for Skilled Technicians at servicing dealers across North America. This benefits end users and servicing dealers alike by:
- Eliminating the requirement for dealers to travel to Kubota Engine America headquarters in Lincolnshire, Illinois. Instead, they can receive training from a Master Trainer at their closest distributor.
- Providing accessible training to dealers across the country. This way when an end user brings their equipment in for service, they can always be confident in the quality of maintenance they receive.
Who is a Certified Distributor Master Trainer?
A Master Trainer is an employee at an authorized Kubota distributor who has completed all necessary requirements, which include over 100 hours of Kubota eLearning and hands-on training. They use their knowledge to train servicing dealers on providing top-notch Kubota maintenance
